Zusammenfassung

Impower GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Senior Product Designerin bzw. einen Senior Product Designer zur Übernahme von Schlüsselbereichen des Kernprodukts.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Head of Design, Product Ownern und Engineers zusammen, um komplexe Arbeitsabläufe in nutzerfreundliche Lösungen zu verwandeln und Hands-on von der Problemstellung bis zur ausgelieferten Funktion zu arbeiten. Sie gestalten Flows, Wireframes, Prototypen und UI-Designs, tragen zur Weiterentwicklung des Designsystems bei und

Qualifikationen

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktdesign (7–9 Jahre) ideal mit SaaS-Produkten.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder betriebswirtschaftlicher Software.
• Starke UX- und UI-Kompetenzen sowie skalierbare Design-Systeme.
• Beherrschung von Figma; Erfahrung mit KI-/Prototyping-Tools.

Aufgaben

• Eigenes und zentrales Produktdesign über Kernbereiche der Plattform verantworten und vorantreiben.
• Komplexe, datenintensive Workflows in einfache, intuitive und skalierbare Nutzererlebnisse übersetzen.
• Nutzerflüsse, Wireframes, Prototypen und hochwertige UI-Designs entwickeln.
• Mit Produkt und Engineering zusammenarbeiten, um Konzepte in technisch umsetzbare, auslieferbare Features zu übertragen.
• Zum Designsystem beitragen und es kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln – wiederverwendbare Komponenten, Muster, Dokumentation.
• Kundeneinblicke, Produktkontext und Feedback nutzen, um Annahmen zu hinterfragen und Erfahrungen zu verbessern.
• Andere Designer unterstützen, Know-how teilen und Qualität im Team stärken.

As a Senior Product Designer, you take ownership of key areas of our core product and shape experiences that property managers rely on every day. Working closely with our Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineers, you turn complex workflows into intuitive solutions and drive design topics hands-on from the initial problem to the shipped feature.

Deine Aufgaben

• Own and drive product design across key areas of our core platform, from problem discovery to final implementation
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs that clearly communicate your solutions
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn concepts into technically feasible, shippable features
• Contribute to and continuously improve our design system, including reusable components, patterns, and documentation
• Use customer insights, product context, and feedback to challenge assumptions and continuously improve existing experiences
• Support other designers by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and helping strengthen design quality across the team

Dein Profil

• You bring 7–9 years of hands-on Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS products
• You have experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as ERP systems, business software, or comparable applications
• You combine strong UX thinking with excellent UI skills and experience working with scalable design systems
• You are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern AI and prototyping tools to accelerate your design process
• You understand front-end development constraints and enjoy collaborating closely with engineers to bring designs into production
• You take ownership of complex problems and confidently drive them from initial exploration through to a high-quality solution
• You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working in an international, cross-functional environment
