Delivery Hero is seeking a Senior Product Analyst for the Local Shops onboarding and integration domain in a hybrid Berlin setup. You will own analytics for vendor onboarding, turning product and operation data into actionable decisions, and leading end-to-end initiatives with autonomy.

You will work with product managers, engineers and data scientists to define KPIs, track events, and build dashboards. The role requires 5+ years in product analytics, strong SQL, and experience with

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
• Experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, data science and business teams.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for analysis and documentation.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll own the analytics for vendor onboarding and integration in Local Shops, the part of our product that decides how quickly vendors get on our platform and start selling. You’ll turn product and operational data into decisions that shape the roadmap, and you’ll lead initiatives end to end with full autonomy.

The Local Shops team builds technology that scales our non-food offering within Quick Commerce, opening up new market segments and driving revenue growth. You’ll join the onboarding and integration domain, which shapes how vendors get onto our platform and how smoothly they integrate. You’ll work with in-house tooling that processes billions of orders.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

Define hypotheses, KPIs and success criteria with Local Shops product managers, engineers and data scientists

Analyse product and operational data to find trends, inefficiencies and growth opportunities

Define tracking and instrumentation, and make sure the data is accurate and complete

Design and run experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments) and apply causal inference to understand what drives key metrics

Build dashboards and BI solutions, and turn your findings into clear stories for product managers, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Document analytical frameworks, KPIs and insights so the permanent analyst can take over smoothly before the contract ends

5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment

Advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio

Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target) and a solid understanding of statistics and experimental design

Experience with event tracking and instrumentation tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel or similar)

Strong stakeholder management, with experience working across product, engineering, data science and business teams

Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for analysis and documentation

Nice to have

Data manipulation in Python or R

Experience with data orchestration and pipeline tools (Airflow, GitHub, dbt) and ETL

Experience with causal inference or quasi-experimental methods

Quick commerce, e-commerce or grocery delivery domain knowledge
