Black Semiconductor is looking for a Senior Process Integration Engineer (f/m/d) to join our Fab team in Aachen, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the challenges of semiconductor manufacturing, developing systematic methodologies to address them, and delivering stable, scalable process integration solutions for integrated graphene photonics and high-speed optical chip interconnects. You will play a key role in driving our technology toward a robust and stable integration flow by leveraging existing semiconductor manufacturing methods to achieve high performance, reliability, and yield. You will translate process observations into actionable improvements and support the maturation of our technology from development to volume manufacturing. This is a hybrid onsite role closely collaborating with our Fab team at our 300 mm manufacturing facility in Aachen.
