Strategic Mission Critical is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to develop and complete power studies for mission critical facilities. You will coordinate with design leads and clients to ensure accurate system models and standards compliance.

You will lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, driving technical rigor and delivering scalable power system solutions across data center projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in power system studies and design.
• Proficiency with SKM and ETAP; experience with mission critical design preferred.

• Base compensation $125,000-$350,000.
