• Prepare designs for DC and AC collection systems and power plant controllers for renewable energy facilities.
• Write reports, develop cost estimations, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Define work scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in proposals.
• Coordinate project execution, meet milestones, and provide updates to teams and clients.
• Support growth and development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, fostering an inclusive culture.
