What you'll be handling

• Responsible for the PLC programming of our machines and systems
• Active participation in the mechatronic conceptualisation of our customer projects
• Supporting our commissioning colleagues (remote support and occasional on-site assignments)
• Technical contact person in the project team and for our customers
• Regular reporting on the progress of the project
• Carrying out system tests, error analyses and technical optimisations
• Maintenance and further development of our software library
• Contributing to occupational health and safety
• Working in a team of specialists

What you'll need

• Technician training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in PLC programming
• Good knowledge of Siemens S7/TIA, WinCC flexible, SCL an advantage
• Experience with CODESYS-based control systems desirable
• Knowledge of drive technology (SEW, Siemens, KEBA) and bus systems
• Valid car driving licence and willingness for occasional on-site assignments
• Good language skills in German and English
