Zusammenfassung

ELWEMA sucht einen Automation Specialist für PLC-Programmierung (m/w/d). Sie designen Software inkl. Schnittstellen zu Leitsystemen, begleiten Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort beim Kunden in Deutschland und im Ausland und unterstützen Schulungen.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig, flexibel und reisen ca. 30%. Kenntnisse in Siemens Step 7 oder TIA Portal sowie Rockwell Studio 5000 sollten vorhanden sein. Die Stelle bietet flexible Arbeitszeiten, Home Office Optionen und attraktive Sozialleistungen.

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund.
• Grundkenntnisse der Entwicklungsumgebungen von Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal) und/oder Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000).
• Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, zeitliche Flexibilität.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft ca. 30%.

Aufgaben

• Softwaredesign einschließlich der Programmierung von Schnittstellen zu übergeordneten Leitsystemen und Prozessaufnahme-Systemen.
• Inbetriebnahme der Maschinen beim Kunden vor Ort in Deutschland und im Ausland sowie Durchführung von Service- und Schulungsaufgaben vor Ort.
• Validierung der erzeugten Programme mittels virtueller Inbetriebnahme.
• Unterstützung bei der Validierung elektrischer Installationen.

Your Tasks

• Software design including the programming of interfaces to higher-level control and process acquisition systems
• Commissioning of the machines at our location, as well as at our customers in Germany and abroad as well as implementation of service and training assignments on site at our customers sites
• Validation of the programs created using virtual commissioning
• Assistance in validating of electrical installations

Your Qualification

• Training in the technical field with advanced training as a technician (m/f/d) or comparable educational background
• Basic knowledge of the development environments from Siemens (Step 7, TIA Portal) and/or Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000)
• High level of independence, flexibility in terms of time
• Good knowledge of english
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
