Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer DevOps-, SRE- oder Platform-Engineering-Rolle.
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse von Kubernetes-Architektur.
• Fortgeschrittene Programmiererfahrung, bevorzugt Go.
• Gute Erfahrungen mit Kubernetes Operator Pattern, Service Mesh (Istio/Calico) und CI/CD-Tooling (Git, Concourse, Flux).
• Gute Kenntnisse in templating (Helm, Kustomize) und Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs- und Troubleshooting-Fähigkeiten.

Aufgaben

• Entwickeln interner Tools zur Automatisierung der Bereitstellung unserer Infrastruktur.
• Implementieren und Warten von Monitoring-Systemen für maximale Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur optimalen Bereitstellung ihrer Services auf der Plattform.
• Aktuell bleiben bezüglich Kubernetes-Technologien und -Trends.

Your tasks

• You develop internal tools to automate the provisioning of our infrastructure, thereby contributing to the optimization of our processes.
• As part of our team, you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of monitoring systems that ensure the maximum availability and optimal performance of our products.
• You work closely with development teams to understand their requirements and support them in the optimal deployment of their services on the platform.
• You always stay up to date regarding Kubernetes technologies and trends.
• You actively contribute to our security best practices and compliance efforts.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• You bring passion and conviction for new technologies and topics surrounding Kubernetes, Linux, and virtualization.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture.
• You possess advanced programming experience, preferably in Go.
• You have already gained basic experience with the Kubernetes Operator Pattern, software-defined networking (e.g., Istio, Calico), and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Git, Concourse, Flux).
• You are well-versed in templating (e.g., Helm, Kustomize) and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) technologies.
• You possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
