What you can expect from us...
- Complete, extend, and maintain our central Kubernetes platform that serves development teams throughout the organization
- Implement security policies, disaster recovery strategies and guardrails across the platform
- Design and implement cloud-agnostic solutions supporting our multi-cloud strategy
- Support development teams with onboarding and migration efforts
- Create documentation and runbooks to support platform adoption and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines, deployment systems, and automation frameworks
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud providers
What we would expect from you...
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes including multi‑tenancy, RBAC, networking, and cluster operations
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with extensive AWS experience
- Extensive knowledge about Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform / Tofu, Terragrunt and Crossplane
- Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
- Solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Passion for developer experience and building self‑service platforms that enable engineering teams
- Experience migrating from proprietary services to open‑source alternatives is a plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously in an agile team
