MARKT-PILOT is a fast-growing B2B scale-up transforming spare parts pricing and market transparency with MP ONE. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer to own reliability across our cloud platform, lead end-to-end Azure deployments, and build scalable automation.

You will mentor teammates and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver robust platforms. The role offers hybrid work flexibility, remote options, and a culture that values ownership, bold thinking, and rapid iteration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building and maintaining observable, reliable production systems.
• Proven track record with Kubernetes at scale in production environments.
• Strong IaC background with Terraform and automation as default.
• Solid CI/CD pipeline experience and cloud security fundamentals (IAM, encryption, least privilege).
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of tooling across teams.

Your Mission:

• Own reliability and performance across our cloud platform: define and drive SLOs, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-moving production environment
• Lead complex Azure cloud deployments end to end, from planning and design through rollout and operations
• Build and evolve automation and infrastructure-as-code so our platform stays reliable, secure, and easy to operate at scale
• Champion platform tooling with other teams. Success is measured by adoption, not just delivery, so you work directly with teams to embed what you build
• Partner with our Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver the cloud vision and roadmap
• Act as a Senior engineer who mentors others and multiplies the impact of the whole team

Your Skills:

• Deep, hands-on observability and reliability experience: SLOs, monitoring, incident ownership, and modern stacks like Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar in real production environments
• Proven experience running Kubernetes (AKS or similar) at meaningful production scale, not just in sandboxes or personal projects
• Strong Terraform or equivalent IaC background, you automate by default and avoid ClickOps
• Solid CI/CD pipeline expertise and cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, least privilege, encryption, and compliance
• Clear track record of driving adoption of the tooling you build across other teams, this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have
• You aim for technical excellence, but know that shipping 80% today often beats chasing 101% forever
