You will own observability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of our infrastructure, implement infrastructure-as-code, and mentor senior engineers while championing a DevOps culture across teams.

The role embraces a hybrid setup with remote flexibility and 2 days per week on-site collaboration

Requirements

• Deep proficiency and hands‑on experience working in the AWS environment
• Strong background in system operations, specifically Linux/Unix

• At least 2 years of proven experience actively mentoring other engineers
• Security‑minded approach to platform engineering
• Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge viewpoints while keeping alignment with the organization’s best interests
• Preference for a hybrid setup combining remote flexibility with 2 days per week on‑site collaboration in our Kreuzberg office
