Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join a growing technology organisation in Düsseldorf. The role is hybrid, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote work, with responsibility for designing and delivering end-to-end platform solutions.

You will work across infrastructure and software teams to improve reliability, scalability and performance, taking ownership of complex projects from definition through implementation in a fast-moving environment.

The Role

• Join a growing technology organisation as a Senior Platform Engineer within a modern SRE environment.




• Work across different areas of the business, taking ownership of complex technical challenges and projects.




• Design and implement solutions end-to-end rather than simply delivering tasks within a larger team.




• Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve reliability, scalability and overall platform performance.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Systems Engineering, SRE, DevOps or a closely related discipline.




• A background where you have had genuine ownership of technical solutions and projects.




• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and resourceful approach to technology.




• Experience with modern infrastructure technologies; exposure to AI or AI-driven tooling would be advantageous.
