Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Kubernetes platform architect in Munich to build a multi-tenant stack on STACKIT SKE. You will drive greenfield architecture, integrate Postgres with multi-tenant security, and coordinate with the founding team and Head of AI.

Key responsibilities include setting up GitOps with Argo CD, secret management with Supabase/Keycloak/Infisical, and preparing ADRs and runbooks for production readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of production Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with a PostgreSQL operator stack (CNPG, Zalando, or Crunchy), including multi-tenant production deployments.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, ideally with row-level security or schema-per-tenant designs.

Aufgaben

• Build a multi-tenant Kubernetes platform on STACKIT SKE and develop a greenfield architecture with a defined roadmap.
• Integrate CloudNativePG as the PostgreSQL layer with multi-tenant row-level security and wire in Supabase, Keycloak, and Infisical for secret management.
• Set up NetworkPolicies, NGINX Ingress, and GitOps with Argo CD; develop a token quota service for multi-tenant LLM inference.
• Document architectural decisions in ADRs and prepare runbooks before production deployment; conduct code reviews and load tests prior to onboarding the first tenant.
• Design architecture for the first enterprise rollout in 2026 and collaborate closely with the founding team and Head of AI; report directly to Christoph Knöll.

• Develop a dedicated token quota service for multi-tenant LLM inference
• Make and document relevant architectural decisions in ADRs
• Create runbooks before production deployment
• Conduct code reviews, evaluation suites, and load tests before onboarding the first tenant
• Develop the architecture for the first enterprise rollout in 2026
• Work closely with the founding team and Head of AI
• Report directly to Christoph Knöll (Founder/CEO)

Requirements

• 5+ years of production Kubernetes experience
• Experience with a PostgreSQL operator stack (CNPG, Zalando, or Crunchy), including real-world multi-tenant production deployments
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, ideally with row-level security or schema-per-tenant designs
• Affinity with sovereign cloud platforms (STACKIT, IONOS, Open Telekom Cloud) is a plus, but not required
• Independent and pragmatic working style
• Willingness and ability to document architectural decisions in ADRs
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Argo CD, CNPG, Supabase, Keycloak, NGINX Ingress, Infisical, Python, and Go
• Based in Germany
• Willingness to work from the Munich office approximately once a month
