Zusammenfassung

Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Planner to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Germany. You will own the live construction programme, coordinating with project, BIM, digital engineering and commissioning teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Primavera P6 programmes and baselines, managing weekly planning and reporting, and integrating BIM and digital engineering into the schedule.

We are currently seeking an experienced Planner to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Germany.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the live construction programme, working closely with the project, BIM, digital engineering and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 programmes and baselines.
• Manage weekly planning, progress updates and reporting.
• Coordinate programme activities across construction and MEP workstreams.
• Support DfMA and commissioning planning.
• Track progress and programme performance against key milestones.
• Integrate BIM and digital engineering activities into the programme.
• Work with the wider team on 3D/4D planning and progress visualisation.

Requirements

• Proven construction planning experience, ideally within MEP.
• Ability to manage programmes and reporting independently.
• Comfortable working alongside BIM and digital engineering teams.
• DfMA, commissioning or EVM experience advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
