Designer Group is seeking a Project Planner / Scheduler who understands how construction projects move from development to on-site delivery. You will sit at the centre of project delivery, coordinating with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to build, manage and challenge programmes in real time.
Take ownership of the programme end-to-end, ensuring it reflects reality, drives performance, and highlights risks before they escalate.
We're looking for a Project Planner / Scheduler who understands how construction projects actually move, not just on paper, but on site.
This is not a passive reporting role. You'll sit at the centre of project delivery, working directly with Project Managers, Commercial teams and site leadership to build, manage and challenge programmes in real time.
You'll take ownership of the programme from early development through to delivery, ensuring it reflects reality, drives performance, and highlights risk before it becomes a problem.
If you've worked in an M&E contractor or construction environment and know how sequencing, coordination and site constraints impact delivery, you'll fit straight into this.
Planning in Designer Group is not a back-office function, it's a core part of how we deliver projects.
You'll be working on high-value, complex builds where your input directly impacts programme certainty, commercial outcomes, and project success.
You'll be trusted to influence, not just report.
