Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades in physical aluminium, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, smelters, and clients to expand the trading network.
• Monitor global aluminium markets, analyze trends, and identify new trading opportunities.
• Oversee the logistics and operational aspects of trade execution, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Manage risk exposure by working with internal teams on hedging strategies and financial planning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in physical aluminium or base metals trading with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with an ability to interpret market dynamics.
• Knowledge of LME pricing and hedging mechanisms.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian, German, or French) are advantageous.
