Senior PHP Developer | AI Driven (EU Only)

We're looking for an experienced PHP/Laravel developer who's genuinely excited about AI and actively incorporates it into their development workflow.

What we're looking for:

You have at least 5 years of professional PHP/Laravel development experience and know the framework inside out. You've built production applications, dealt with database optimization, and understand what it takes to write maintainable code at scale.

You're a true generalist who understands that great software isn't just about code—it's about solving real business problems. You think about product development holistically, understand user needs, and can connect technical decisions to business outcomes. You don't just execute tickets; you challenge assumptions, propose better solutions, and own features from conception to deployment.

You're AI-driven in your approach to development. You actively use AI tools to accelerate your work, solve problems, and stay productive. You're not just curious about AI—you've integrated it into your daily workflow and understand how to leverage it effectively while maintaining code quality.

You've used Claude Code (or similar agentic coding tools) and understand both its power and its limitations. You know when to let AI handle the boilerplate and when to step in yourself. You can review AI-generated code critically and know how to collaborate with AI tools to get the best results.

Most importantly, you work and deliver independently. You don't need hand-holding or micromanagement. You take ownership, make decisions, communicate proactively, and ship quality work consistently.

What you'll be doing:
