About the Role

Customlytics is the leading app marketing agency & consultancy in the DACH region. We make apps successful and professionalize the app industry, working with every relevant app business in the market. Can you imagine a world without apps? We neither!

You will regularly check the effectiveness and usefulness of our advertising projects and campaigns. At the same time, you will document successes and will always be on the lookout for more efficient, resource-saving means to improve individual online advertising campaigns. You will be looking after big players such as Audible or Deutsche Telekom.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Paid Media strategies at an advanced level for your clients
• Responsible for the performance and results of all Paid Media campaigns for your clients, including monitoring and optimizing budgets, campaign strategy, and performance indicators.
• Responsible for the selection and implementation of new Paid Media channels.
• Develop and execute tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and create best practices.
• Work closely with other departments, (CRM / DESIGN / ASO / Martech).
• Develop advanced-level performance reports and analyses and present results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop training sessions for the team and also for external stakeholders.
• Mentor Junior/Mid level Paid Media Specialists and support their development.

Your skills are needed

• You have a good knowledge of ASO and have 2+ years of performance campaign management experience on networks such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
• This includes performance monitoring and analysis of cross-channel online marketing KPIs.
• You work very independently and systematically and like to share your knowledge in a team.
• We are very international, so you should be confident in using the English language and open to diversity.
