Osapiens is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead People initiatives for the Sales and Marketing teams in Munich. You will partner with the CRO and leadership, guiding organizational, people, and performance topics with a hands-on approach.

You will drive scalable, people-first processes, manage employee lifecycle topics, and ensure compliant policies while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist / People Operations roles.
• Agile mindset for cross-functional projects.
• Solid understanding of employment law.
• Strong analytical skills using HR metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; coaching/mediation a plus.
• Experience in both startup/scale-up and larger organizations.
• Fluent in English (German a plus).

At osapiens, we're scaling fast – and so is our People team. We're looking for a Senior People Partner who has the confidence to navigate senior stakeholders, brings structure to complexity, and knows how to drive impactful people initiatives from idea to execution.

You'll be the go-toPeople Partner for our Sales and Marketing organization, working primarily with our CRO and his leadership team. It's a hands-on, high-stakes role — and as the role and our business continue to grow, you'll help shape what it becomes, so flexibility and comfort with change are key.

With a strong foundation in People Operations and a focus on project management, you'll help shape scalable, people-first processes while collaborating closely across teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Enablement: You act as the primary People Partner to the CRO and the Sales/Marketing leadership team, building trusted relationships and acting as a sparring partner on organizational, people, and performance topics.
• Employee Relations & Employment Law: You confidently guide managers and employees through sensitive employee relations topics, backed by a solid understanding of employment law. You know when to handle a situation yourself and when to loop in legal or specialist support, always ensuring things are managed fairly and compliantly.
• Conflict Management & Resilience: You're comfortable managing conflict, pushing back on stakeholders when needed, and staying resilient under pressure from senior and demanding counterparts.
• Core People Processes & Cycles: You coordinate and continuously improve key people processes that drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence — such as goal-setting frameworks, performance conversations, feedback cycles, and internal mobility — ensuring they're well-scoped and deliver measurable impact.
• People Data & Insights: You use data to uncover trends and patterns that enable informed, people-centered decisions, translating insights into recommendations that help leaders improve performance and team effectiveness.
• People Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support: While not your core focus, you partner closely with the People Operations team and provide senior-level expertise on employee lifecycle topics. You act as a sounding board for complex cases, share best practices, and support cross-functional collaboration in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration to help ensure smooth and scalable processes.
• Compliance & Policy Management: You ensure our people processes and policies are legally compliant and aligned with our values, supporting the evolution of internal policies and helping communicate them clearly across the business.

Your Experience

• 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner / HR Generalist / People Operations roles, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Stakeholder & project management: Agile mindset for cross-functional projects, and the resilience to stand your ground with senior, challenging stakeholders.
• Employment law knowledge: Solid understanding of employment law and experience handling sensitive employee relations situations confidently and compliantly.
• Strong analytical skills: Comfortable using HR metrics and data to generate insights, improve processes, and inform business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Able to build and maintain relationships across the organization, balancing empathy with business needs. Experience or training in coaching, mediation, or negotiation is a strong plus.
• Background mix: Experience in both startup/scale-up environments and larger organizations is a strong plus - you know how to apply the structure and thinking of a bigger company to a growing one like ours.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus): Ability to handle complex discussions and documentation in both languages.
