We are a growing team looking for a Senior People Operations Partner in the People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin or Barcelona office.
As a Sr. People Operations Partner you are the first point of contact for many of our colleagues, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll processing, benefits administration and compliance with labour laws while maintaining accurate employee records.
Beyond operations tasks, you will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects that enhance employee experience and drive process improvements. While your main focus will be collaborating with your Iberia colleagues, there will be scope to work with colleagues based in Amsterdam, Paris, Wroclaw and other locations.
