We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive the growth of externally produced content and services for high-volume this role youll expand our production expertise by strengthening our partner network ensuring long-term content success for Zalando. As a trusted advisor and leader you will play a key role in shaping our future.

Opportunity to take over a key role and gain valuable content experience at Zalando with partner brands and internal teams.

Partner Management : You work closely with our external partners and internal colleagues and strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery by aligning strategies of content and practicability in the best way possible. You will also research and evaluate potential partners assessing their capabilities and expertise to strategically improve our partnerships. You will manage partners and processes against defined SLAs and KPI targets following regulations and company guidelines.

Project Management : Plan coordinate and execute daily operations as well as testing and pilots and develop processes and timings. Optimise and organise structures and tasks to enable internal and external teams to continue effective collaboration and efficiencies. Also manage project administrations such as Scope of Work NDAs and also manage crisis situations when needed and escalate issues as well as solutions to Team Leads.

Role model : Live and breeze Zalando OFMS and support more junior team members including prioritisation supporting and mentoring using your excellent communication and management skills. Working closely with Team lead(s) to contribute to overall structures for success and growth of talent and team.

Dynamic Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine needs and requirements fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Facilitate communications required throughout the entire lifecycle with colleagues and stakeholders. Hold workshops and regular retrospective meetings with external partners to constantly improve outcomes and strengthen collaboration.

Performance Monitoring : Take charge of monitoring and evaluating external partner performance ensuring adherence to quality standards and KPI such as time to online and attribute and visual quality score demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Compliance and Risk Mitigation : Ensure external partners comply with legal and regulatory requirements managing contracts licences and intellectual property rights while proactively mitigating potential risks associated with vendor partnerships.

Contract Development : Have strong commercial acumen and collaborate with procurement to develop value-driven framework contracts with our creative partners terms and pricing showcasing your skills in negotiating and structuring impactful agreements.

Process and Quality Optimization : Drive continuous improvement and streamline partner management processes implementing best practices and leveraging technology for efficient content partner management.

You bring 5 years of experience in leading external partner and service providers sourcing structuring and steering high volume content production and production related services within a corporate environment creative / event agencies or a production company

Experience in delivering and managing from start to finish requiring steering and communication with multiple stakeholders including external partners and service providers

Hands-on mentality you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment dealing with many topics simultaneously and always thrive to find the best solution in the shortest possible time

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to network collaborate and also resolve conflicts in challenging situations

Lead by example with high standards and strong work ethics according to Zalandos OFMs

Have an interest in mentoring people strong skills in managing various types of people / personalities

Excellent interpersonal analytical and problem solving skills

An interest in keeping up to date with trends and technologies in content production and business landscapes

Successful completion of a degree in business administration business psychology marketing communication multimedia production or similar fields

Experience in fashion and lifestyle and digital advertising

Experience in using project management tools e.g. Asana

Fluent English is necessary
