GSR Markets is seeking a Senior OTC Trader to join our global trading team, focusing on originating and executing OTC trades across spot and derivatives, and expanding client flow with institutional counterparties. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior OTC Trader to join our global trading team, with a focus on driving client flow, revenue generation, and market expansion. In this role, you will leverage your trading expertise and client relationships to originate and execute OTC trades across spot and derivatives markets. You will play a key role in expanding GSR s OTC franchise by developing and executing client flow, managing risk, and delivering best-in-class execution. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role, suited to an experienced trader with a strong track record in crypto markets and deep relationships across institutional or high-volume counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Originate, price, and execute OTC trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets.
• Develop and grow client relationships, driving trading volumes and revenue generation.
• Maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients, funds, brokers, and HNW counterparties.
• Manage risk and exposure in real time, ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks.
• Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize execution and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal trading, quant, and technology teams to enhance pricing, execution, and client offering.
• Contribute to the expansion of GSR s OTC franchise across regions and products.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in crypto OTC trading or sales trading, with a strong track record of revenue generation.
• Consistent track record of generating and growing client flow within crypto OTC or institutional trading environments.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, including spot, derivatives, and liquidity dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities.
• Experience managing risk and trading positions in fast-moving markets.
• Established relationships across institutional clients, funds, brokers, or high-volume counterparties.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
