• Create and maintain clear procedures and operational controls.

You will help run and improve the operational processes that support our trading platform and the instruments available to customers. The role covers a broad range of topics - from investigating operational issues and supporting complex cases to understanding how processes, systems and data fit together. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning how things work and finding better ways of working. We are looking for curiosity, sound judgment and the motivation to develop.
