Zusammenfassung

Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Negotiation Lead in Corporate Strategic Procurement to shape and execute high-stakes negotiation strategies across global supplier relationships. You will act as the go-to expert for complex negotiations, providing strategic guidance to transform outcomes and optimize terms.

You will develop competence hubs, coach teams, and drive digital improvements across the negotiation lifecycle, contributing to sustainable energy transformation.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Extensive experience in strategic procurement and complex negotiations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.
  • Ability to coach and collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

As a Senior Negotiation Lead in the Corporate Strategic Procurement Department at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing high-stakes negotiation strategies that drive value for the company. You will be the go‑to expert for complex negotiations, providing both hands‑on and strategic guidance to transform settings and outcomes. Each day, you will engage in impactful negotiations, optimize supplier agreements, and enhance procurement processes. What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Extensive professional experience in strategic procurement and/or commercial negotiations, with a proven track record in complex, high‑stakes environments
  • Deep knowledge of negotiation principles and advanced methodologies, combined with strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and advisory skills, with the ability to effectively challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills, with proven ability to build effective cross‑functional and international networks and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for digitalization and innovation, with experience in digital procurement and negotiation tools; fluency in English, with additional languages as an advantage.
