voize is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer focused on speech recognition to push the frontiers of AI in frontline workflows. You will design, train, evaluate, and deploy ASR models and ship features to production daily, with real user feedback shaping the product.

Qualifications

• Several years hands-on experience in deep learning for speech recognition.
• Hands-on STT system development for real-world applications.

• Production ML models with Python and PyTorch; clean code and tests.

Your Mission

If you're a Machine Learning Engineer experienced with Speech recognition and are excited to work at the cutting edge of product design, applied ML research, and MLOps, you'll build products with direct user feedback, train AI models with real data, and ship new features to production every day.

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Several years hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition, including developing and optimising ASR-systems (not just academic research)
• Excellent foundation in STT (Speech-to-Text) system development with a focus on real-world applications
• Experience with owning the ML process end-to-end: from concept and exploration, to model productionization, maintenance, monitoring and optimization
• Shipped ML models to production with Python and PyTorch
• Strong software engineering: clean code, tests, guardrails
