Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical and electrical packages on major industrial projects in Germany. You will drive delivery from planning through to commissioning and handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong client and stakeholder management, budget control, and timely reporting on progress and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
• Experience managing MEP packages valued at €20M or more.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Good commercial awareness, including cost control, forecasting and contract management.
• Experience managing project programmes, resources and delivery milestones.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project risks and resolve issues effectively.
• A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.

Job description

We're working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major mission-critical and industrial projects, and are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale mechanical and electrical packages.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in MEP project delivery who can lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex programmes and take responsibility for significant project budgets. You'll play a key role in driving delivery from project planning through to commissioning and handover.

The Role

You'll take overall responsibility for the delivery of MEP packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
