Your responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the development and creation of documents such as specifications, pipe class determinations, plant and system layouts, 3D models, parts lists, tender packages and cost estimates.
  • Supervise the planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects and ensure that they meet quality, budget and schedule requirements.
  • Work in cross-disciplinary teams to drive innovation, improve technical processes and lead projects to success.
  • Act as a point of contact for authorities, operators (at the sites) and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Track industry trends and advances to keep the company at the forefront of technical excellence.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the engineering of pipeline systems, preferably in high-pressure applications in the energy or oil & gas industry.
  • Specific knowledge and experience in the pipeline transport of natural gas, hydrogen, ammonia and carbon dioxide is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of German and international regulations on high-pressure pipeline technology.
  • Proven experience in engineering and engineering management with a track record across the various project phases (from feasibility to commissioning).
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, min. C1.
  • Leadership qualities, and in particular the ability to abstract complex technical issues in order to present them convincingly.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, combined with a willingness to travel (both domestically and internationally).
