About the Role:

• Evaluate the quality of our campaigns, visuals, and assets and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients and partners.
• Review our AI system prompts to ensure they deliver high quality outcomes.
• Challenge Adgentic’s entire process and bring your agency perspective to help us think sharper or bigger.
• Collaborate closely with our teams to evolve our product strategy and ensure our AI solutions meet the highest creative and strategic standards in advertising.

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in full-service or creative agencies.
• Proven track record working with top brands across ATL (TV, Print, OOH) and digital campaigns.
• Strong sense for brand strategy, creative excellence, and performance marketing.
• Analytical, strategic, and eager to challenge conventions while shaping the future of AI-powered marketing together with us.
• Fluent in English and German
