Algomarketing is hiring on behalf of a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the DACH Public Sector.

The role will focus on strengthening AI perception, generating high-value demand and building engagement with priority government accounts.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the public sector vertical, supporting government departments as they modernise public services and adopt new technology.

Responsibilities / Role Specific Context

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the DACH Public Sector

• Lead targeted account-based marketing programmes for priority government departments
• Create tailored narratives that address departmental challenges and transformation goals
• Partner closely with Public Sector Sales leadership and Government Affairs and Public Policy teams
• Align marketing activity with business priorities, pipeline targets and lead follow-up
• Plan and deliver high-impact proprietary events
• Manage targeted third-party sponsorships
• Oversee external agencies and vendors
• Ensure campaigns and events are delivered to a high standard and within budget
• Build market presence around Smart Data and AI, Security, Sustainability and Digital Sovereignty
• Support wider DACH marketing initiatives
• Contribute to regional summits and account-based marketing programmes with a Public Sector focus

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proven B2B marketing experience within the Public Sector or Government vertical
• Experience delivering account-based marketing programmes
• Experience developing marketing strategies for enterprise-level accounts
• Experience managing external creative agencies
• Experience managing event vendors and third-party partnerships
• Experience delivering large events with tailored industry content
• Native-level German
