We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sr. Director, Marketing to join nVent and lead marketing for our EMEA region. Reporting to the President, EMEA & APAC, and the Chief Marketing Officer, you will help craft and execute marketing strategies, oversee transformation, planning, and campaign activation to build the nVent brand, expand market reach, and contribute to business growth.

This role will collaborate with global marketing segment leads to manage all aspects of our business segment's marketing efforts, including regional insights, demand generation, awareness activities, campaign strategy, channel marketing, marketing operations, digital enablement, media activities, and overall marketing capabilities. It will also partner with enterprise marketing teams to align with brand, communications, PR, events, marketing tech, insights, customer experience, and shared channels.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Provide input to global marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead marketing strategies in EMEA to ensure customer engagement and solution success.
• Increase awareness and consideration of nVent solutions through coordinated campaigns.

Generate and manage marketing-qualified leads with sales to meet growth targets.

• Use market research to identify trends and opportunities, defining strategic directions and translating insights into actions.
• Manage product branding efforts in EMEA, ensuring alignment with the nVent brand.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering modern marketing skills and career development.
• Coordinate with segment, enterprise, and marketing teams for alignment.
• Manage the regional marketing budget for impactful campaigns.
• Evaluate marketing performance and ROI.

YOU HAVE:

• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven success in marketing across EMEA, enhancing brand reputation.
• Strong knowledge of modern marketing practices and team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills; second language a plus.
• Strong skills in talent assessment, change management, and project management.
• Ability to collaborate with global and regional leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
