Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a talented graphic designer with 3–5 years of experience to craft eye-catching social ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and optimize campaigns.

You will design static and motion ads, explore AI-assisted concepts, develop visual assets for landing pages, and deliver reports and infographics.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating static and motion ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience working with AI assistants to draft concepts and visuals and open to exploring AI possibilities.
• Understand users’ needs and create engaging, functional designs based on this.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to develop creative and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.

• Develop creatives for social ads: design and develop appealing and effective creatives for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency of brand messages and increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Design and execute creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs that engage the target audience and help achieve marketing objectives.
• Optimize social ads by continuously analyzing and improving performance, adjusting creatives based on feedback and data.
• Create visual concepts and assets for landing pages and execute them using our AI‑assisted page builder software.
• Create reports, infographics, and presentation designs.
• Develop creatives for Google display ads and image extensions.

Requirements

• You have at least 3‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in social media advertising and marketing.
• You have in‑depth knowledge of common design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• You have experience creating static and motion ads (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• You have first experience working with AI assistants to draft concepts and visuals and are generally open to exploring the possibilities of AI.
