Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a creative designer to shape our brand family across social channels, print, and campaigns. You will translate campaign concepts into polished visuals and produce engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters.

The role also involves writing concise copy and coordinating with printers, photographers, and studios to ensure consistency and timely delivery. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, bring a strong portfolio, and leverage tools like

Qualifikationen

• A design qualification or a degree in communication design / media design / marketing is preferred or you have a strong portfolio.
• Mindset matters more than formal credentials.
• Confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma, Canva.
• A good eye for typography, color, and composition.
• You spot issues quickly and aim for high quality.

• You write clear, engaging, and concise copy — for newsletters, the website, partner communications, and social media.
• You coordinate with external service providers — printers, photographers, studios.

Requirements

• A design qualification or a degree in communication design / media design / marketing — or you’re a career changer with a strong portfolio.
• Mindset matters more than formal credentials.
• Confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma, Canva.
• A good eye for typography, color, and composition.
• You immediately spot when something isn’t right.
• Some experience with social‑media content, video editing, or motion design is a strong plus.
• You can write — not at a literary level, but well enough to make people want to keep reading.
• You work independently, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas.
• You enjoy a fast‑paced, varied, and sometimes chaotic environment — but never boring.
