About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI-Driven Graphic Design Specialist to lead our social media and ad creative efforts. This role is perfect for someone who excels in traditional graphic design while also leveraging AI-powered tools to produce high-quality graphics, UGC-style ads, and AI-driven video content. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling creatives while utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance visual storytelling, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design eye-catching social media graphics, UGC-style ads, and motion graphics.

• Create AI-enhanced videos using tools like RunwayML, Kling, Vo3, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Photoshop

• Develop engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).

• Utilize AI-driven photo and video tools to produce realistic or stylized visual content.

AI & Automation

• Use open-source AI tools (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Automatic1111, etc.) to generate images, textures, and animations.

• Experiment with text-to-video and AI-driven motion graphics for ad creatives.

• Integrate AI automation into the creative workflow to enhance productivity and consistency.

• Train or fine-tune AI models (if applicable) to generate brand-aligned content.

Creative Strategy & Optimization

• Develop new design concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

• Analyze engagement metrics to optimize visuals for performance.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create ad creatives that drive conversions.

• Stay ahead of AI trends in design, video, and marketing content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-driven graphic design and video creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced visuals, ads, and motion graphics.

• Expertise in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent alternatives.

• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, Pika Labs).

• Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI-generated art & video.

• Strong technical ability to work with open-source AI design tools.
