Danfoss Climate Solutions seeks a strategic advisor to translate complex tech insights into actionable business value. You will evaluate emerging technologies, shape commercialization pathways, and collaborate with M&A, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to drive growth and new business models.

You will build external ecosystems with startups, universities, and industry partners, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping technology roadmaps for scalable opportunities.

• 7+ years of experience in innovation, product development and strategy.
• Ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
• Experience with business model development and market entry strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Working across engineering, business units, startups, universities, and industry partners, you will play a key role in shaping technology roadmaps and building the external ecosystem that supports our future success.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economic, Engineering, or similar.


• 7+ years of experience in innovation, product development and strategy.


• Strong ability to understand complex technologies and assess their technical and commercial potential.


• Experience translating technology and innovation into commercial outcomes, including business model development, value proposition design, or market introduction strategies.


• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage both technical experts and senior leaders.


• Curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global matrix organization.


• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus as well as willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
