A leading global engineering firm is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead the executive talent acquisition strategy in Stuttgart. You will oversee a team of recruiters and influence strategic hiring decisions, ensuring diversity in executive pipelines. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant leadership in executive search. Knowledge of the German labor market is preferred.
