  • Market analyses (segmentation, sizing, trend analyses) to define target markets
  • Competitor analyses to derive value proposition and USPs
  • Development & PMO of Sales Strategy across all business units
  • Identification of target clients in collaboration with our business development team
  • Drive and support various strategic projects (e.g., cross-selling)
  • Preparation of management meetings
  • Approx. 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate development teams or management consulting, ideally with a focus on sales
  • Highly motivated to become acquainted with facility management
  • Ability to develop convincing strategic concepts for top management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong social, communication, and presentation skills
