Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering with 10+ years in Technical Facility Management or Operations in high-tech settings.
• Proven leadership of regional or multi-site teams with customer interaction.
• Deep knowledge of utility systems (gas, chemicals, UPW) and EHS standards.
• Analytical, hands-on, and structured problem-solving mindset.
• Strong business sense and familiarity with commercial processes.
• Fluent German and very good English.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% for national/international projects.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for occupational safety, ensuring compliance with all EHS and regulatory requirements
• Management of safe and efficient operations of complex technical systems (including gas, chemical, UPW, electrical, and utility systems) in a 24/7 environment
• Leadership and development of cross-site teams, ensuring uptime, reliability, and client satisfaction
• Responsibility for achieving and continuously improving key KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Growth)
• Planning and execution of maintenance strategies, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Full ownership of budgets, including cost control, resource planning, forecasting, and support in proposals and contract adjustments
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including escalation management, performance reviews, and transparent communication

Show Your Expertise

• Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of professional experience in Technical Facility Management or Operations within a high-tech environment (e.g., semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry)
• Proven experience leading operations or regional teams, with strong leadership skills, the ability to develop cross-site teams, and a confident presence when interacting with customers
• In-depth knowledge of technical utility systems (e.g., gas, chemicals, UPW) as well as experience with EHS requirements and relevant safety standards
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a hands-on approach and a structured way of working
• Excellent understanding of business and commercial processes
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
• Flexibility for national and international project assignments, with a willingness to travel approximately 40-50% of the time
