PBV Conversions Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Define and execute the long‑term strategy for PBV conversions in Europe, including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Identify business needs and opportunities to strengthen and scale the conversions offering across markets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with converters, national markets, R&D (Kia HQ and HMETC), and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement tools and processes to support bodybuilders and conversion partners.
- Ensure ESG targets are embedded within the conversions strategy and are measurable and achievable.
- Represent the conversions domain at external and internal events, industry exhibitions, conventions, and training programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for conversions, supporting NSCs, distributors, and internal departments on technical, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Sales Support & Business Enablement
- Work closely with the Sales department to coordinate all PBV‑related sales activities, including fleet sales strategy and execution.
- Define PBV sales targets and actively support in achieving them through operational planning and implementation of sales actions.
- Develop a fleet‑specific sales strategy for PBVs, including tools, processes, and customer engagement models.
- Support NSCs and key account teams in PBV tendering processes and client engagements.
- Assist with business case creation and pricing scenarios tailored to PBV use cases.
- Drive alignment between conversions and sales functions to ensure a unified go‑to‑market strategy.
Your talents
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive sales, including fleet and business development, ideally with exposure to vehicle conversions, electrification, or mobility solutions.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing and launching new business models and long‑term strategies.
- International Project Management: Strong background in managing international, cross‑functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience with building business cases, supporting tenders, and working with key accounts.
- Presentation &: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence across cultures and seniority levels.
- Organizational Skills: Highly structured working style with exceptional planning and execution capabilities.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Empathic and pragmatic, able to manage resistance, solve complex problems under pressure, and adapt in fast‑evolving environments.
- Cultural Fluency: Comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organization, and across European markets.

- University degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
