Support Global Strategy
Evolve our global transfer pricing policies in alignment with international regulations (OECD Guidelines, DEMPE framework), ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions and business units.
Enable Digital Innovation
Support (global) projects (e.g., implementation of a global software solution for transfer pricing, SAP S/4HANA), helping to digitize and future-proof our pricing processes.
Core Calculations
Manage the central calculation of tax adjustments and legal transfer prices for intercompany transactions – ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent execution in close coordination with key stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
Improve global governance structures to ensure that responsibilities, documentation, and compliance are aligned with internal policies and tax authority requirements.
Champion Knowledge Sharing
Lead global learning sessions, fostering knowledge exchange and building transfer pricing expertise throughout the organization and within the team.
Analyze & Advise
Conduct financial analyses (actuals, forecasts, budgets), identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions – all in close collaboration with local and global teams.
Standardize Documentation
Establish and implement global documentation standards, including transactional matrices and audit-ready materials, to ensure full compliance and transparency.
Support Services from a TP Perspective
Provide transfer pricing support, ensuring alignment with intellectual property policies and tax frameworks.
Support Executive Decision-Making
Create management-level presentations and provide insightful ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
Manage Change Effectively
Oversee system administration, documentation control, and change management for all transfer pricing-related tools and data flows.
Collaborate Across the Globe
Act as a key liaison between multiple global functions, including Accounting, Corporate Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and Business Units – driving alignment and integration of transfer pricing activities.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in (operational) transfer pricing or international tax, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Business fluency in English, German language skills are a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with SAP BI/BW, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or global transfer pricing software is an advantage.
High interest in international project work and digital transformation.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
