About this Position: The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards – Benefits is responsible for the design, governance, compliance, and management of the company’s global benefits portfolio, ensuring programs are competitive, and cost-effective.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and continuously refine the global benefits strategy (including health, life, well‑being etc.) aligned with Total Rewards strategy and business priorities
  • Serve as global expert for pension and retirement plans, ensuring governance, compliance, and optimized structures (DB/DC plans)
  • Consult total rewards teams across Henkel, in defining regional/local insurance programs and benefit policies, balancing risk mitigation with competitive offerings
  • Manage global broker/consultant relationships and lead renewal negotiations to drive performance and service excellence (e.g., Mercer, Aon, WTW)
  • Partner with Finance/Treasury to control global benefits budget and apply cost‑efficient financing methods (e.g., pooling, captives)
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for benefit programs through disciplined governance and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR)
  • Champion technology and HRIS (Workday, SAP) to digitize benefits administration, enable self‑service, and enhance employee communication
