QNX is seeking an experienced leader to head the EMEA Field Application Engineering team, guiding strategic tech initiatives and customer engagements across robotics, medical, and industrial markets.

You will mentor a diverse team, shape technical depth, and collaborate with regional sales to accelerate adoption of QNX platforms and services. This role requires strong cross‑cultural communication and hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing technical sales or FAE teams.
• Embedded systems expertise with RTOS, real‑time programming, C/C++, or low‑level development.
• Customer‑facing technical experience bridging engineering and business needs.
• Linux development familiarity with modern embedded toolchains.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Act as the bridge between customers and QNX R&D, Product Management, and Engineering Services.
• Guide technical strategy alongside Regional Sales Managers and your FAE team.
• Architect and deliver demos, benchmarks, design reviews, and early development support.
• Oversee customer programs from concept through commercial release, ensuring responsiveness and technical clarity.
• Present compelling technical content both virtually and on-site.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and feed insights back into Marketing and Sales.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range

€102,400.00 - €134,400.00

The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
