Workleap is seeking a Senior Demand Generation leader to own the strategy and execution for an acquisition engine spanning paid media, AI-powered search, and integrated campaigns. You will lead a team focused on Paid Acquisition and SEO to drive pipeline, ARR, and revenue targets.

You will forecast pipeline, measure performance, and allocate budgets to scale high-impact programs while collaborating with product and sales. Montreal-based tech company with remote-friendly culture.

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
• Proven success in building acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
