Your Skills & Career :
  • An outstanding bachelor’s degree with an economic or comparable focus
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in management consulting
  • Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
  • Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long‑lasting relationships
  • Proven track record in managing global transformation projects and international consulting teams from planning through to execution
  • Extensive experience in optimizing Finance operating models across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report as well as Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Global Business Services, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, and Centers of Excellence
  • Knowledge of HR, Procurement, IT, and / or Sales operating models is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • High reliability, team spirit and motivation to work for a leading, global management consultancy
  • Interest in driving change by combining strategy development and implementation of holistic transformation programs
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work results independently and in a team environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
