Databricks is seeking a leader to build and scale a high-performing AI forward deployed engineering team, accelerating enterprise AI transformations and delivering production-grade solutions. You will mentor engineers, shape GTM and product strategy with customer insights, cultivate executive relationships, and own OKRs for AI-services-led accounts, while traveling monthly.

Requirements

• Experience building and managing high-performing teams of AI/ML scientists, engineers, and leaders
• Ability to scope, sell, and deliver technical engagements in enterprise environments
• Experience managing escalations and ensuring successful customer outcomes
• Strong, current technical depth in AI/ML foundations
• Experience leading teams that have shipped production AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Proven success developing strategy with senior executive stakeholders
• Experience driving AI transformation across enterprise customers
• Experience working across Sales, Product, and GTM
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
• Candidates should expect to travel at least once a month
