Würth IT GmbH in Niedernhall-Waldzimmern sucht einen Senior Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d) zur Umsetzung ML-basierter Services auf unserer AI- und Big-Data-Plattform Databricks. Sie implementieren, productionisieren und optimieren Modelle mit Python, SQL und Linux.

Sie beraten und unterstützen bereichsübergreifende Teams, übernehmen Produktionsverantwortung, sorgen für Kostenoptimierung und helfen, BI- und Daten-Governance-Projekte voranzubringen.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Machine-Learning-Engineering auf Databricks.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, plus eine weitere Programmiersprache.
• Gute SQL-Kenntnisse und Routine im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. HANA, MS SQL, MySQL).
• Fundierte Linux-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau, Konfiguration und Debugging von Spark-Clustern.

Aufgaben

• Implementieren und Productionisieren ML-basierter Services auf unserer AI- und Big-Data-Plattform Databricks, mit Python, SQL und Linux.
• Kunden- und bereichsübergreifende Teams beraten und befähigen, effiziente Data-Science- und Big-Data-Projekte zu realisieren, Produktionsverantwortung übernehmen.
• Sauberen, wartbaren Code schreiben und Tests durchführen, um eine hochwertige Softwarelieferung sicherzustellen.
• Mit angrenzenden Teams Governance, Infrastruktur (AWS, GCP, Azure), Data Provisioning und Scheduling, CI/CD und Data Engineering betreiben.
• Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über relevante Trends und Technologien und diese in Angebote integrieren.
