As a Senior Leisure Sales Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies in the leisure sector to maximize the occupancy of our hotels. You will manage existing key accounts, acquire new clients, and establish long-term partnerships in the leisure sector. In doing so, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further strengthen our brands market position.

Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenues in the leisure sector across all hotels in the portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships with group leisure clients, with a focus on international markets
  • Active acquisition of new clients and partners to expand the network and increase market presence
  • Responsibility for negotiating contracts and terms with partners to ensure optimal collaboration
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive data, and customer behavior to continuously optimize sales strategies
  • Close collaboration with the Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations departments to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Participation in trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events to represent the brand and expand the network
  • Continuous CRM management and data maintenance
Your profile
  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leisure sales, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector
  • Extensive market knowledge and a strong network in the leisure segment (tour operators, online travel platforms, travel agencies)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing cooperation agreements
  • High self-motivation, strategic thinking, and a goal-oriented approach to work
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel regularly and participate in industry events
  • Ideally, you already have experience as a Senior Leisure Sales Manager (m / w / d)
