You will manage healthcare regulation, commercial contracts and corporate governance in a fast-paced health-tech environment, ensuring GDPR/BDSG compliance and handling employment law matters, with 3 days per week in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany with 4+ years PQE.
• Fluency in German and English for drafting and negotiation.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience preferred; Datenschutz knowledge is a plus.

• Manage litigation risk, medicinal product/device compliance, and debt recovery.
• Advise on healthcare and AI regulation, including digital health platform development.
