This role involves managing technology transactions, labour law, and corporate governance with significant autonomy, reporting to the Legal Director, EMEA (London-based).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience as a seasoned technology transactional lawyer (in-house and/or private practice).
• Technical Expertise: Strong substantive knowledge of IT/technology law; extensive experience with complex multinational SaaS and cloud contracts.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
