Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel for a German-based client. The successful candidate reports to the General Counsel EMEA & ANZ and plays a key role in the legal team.

Responsibilities include providing legal expertise in German and international contract, commercial, corporate, and construction law; drafting and negotiating contracts; and advising internal departments from Purchasing to Finance. You will also manage commercial claims and coordinate with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in German contract, commercial, corporate and construction law.
• Fluent in German and English; able to work independently as in-house counsel.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supply, sales contracts, distribution agreements.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across departments.

Responsibilities
