Zusammenfassung

DKV Mobility in Ratingen sucht eine/n IT-Systemadministrator/in zur Verwaltung von Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen. Sie arbeiten im 60/40-Hybridmodell und verantworten Betrieb, Sicherheit und Optimierung von Servern sowie die Koordination externer Dienstleister.

Sie bringen fundierte Windows-Server-Erfahrung, PowerShell-Kenntnisse und Verständnis für Compliance-Anforderungen mit. Ein part-time oder full-time Modell ist möglich; Deutsch und Englisch werden erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer, heterogener Server-Infrastrukturen basierend auf Microsoft Windows Server.
• Erst- und Zweitlinien-Support im Windows-Server-Umfeld; Kenntnisse in Windows Server-Technologien (z.B. Windows Server, Hyper-V, File Services).
• Erfahrung in Admin und Hardening von Windows-Server-Systemen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Windows PowerShell und gezielter Automatisierung.
• Grundkenntnisse regulatorischer Sicherheitsanforderungen (ISO, BSI, Compliance).
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Behebung sicherheitsrelevanter Vorfälle.
• Souveräner Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und deren Steuerung.
• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Implementieren, administrieren, monitoren und warten von IT-Systemen und Services in einer Windows-Server-Umgebung gemäß Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
• Analysieren und Lösen von Vorfällen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support innerhalb der Windows-Server-Infrastruktur.
• Härten von Systemen, um regulatorische, Compliance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen zuverlässig zu erfüllen.
• Sicherstellen der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Effizienz und Stabilität; Gewährleistung stabiler Betriebsabläufe sowie korrekte Lizenzverwaltung.
• Verwaltung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Auswahl von Hardware- und Softwareprodukten.
• Entwerfen und Implementieren von Konzepten für Server- und Anwendungsbetrieb gemäß Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
• Planung, Koordination und Unterstützung von IT-Projekten und Teilprojekten von Realisierung über Testing bis Rollout.
• Beratung von Fachbereichen zu Projekten, Änderungen und Anpassungen an IT-Services, Systemen und Anwendungen.
• Analyse von funktionalen, technischen und geschäftlichen Anforderungen und deren sichere Integration.
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen, Automatisierung und Schnittstellenverbesserungen und deren nachhaltige Umsetzung.

As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems and services in a Windows Server environment, in compliance with defined security policies.
• You analyze and resolve incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support within the Windows Server infrastructure.
• You implement hardening measures to reliably meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements.
• In addition, you ensure the continuous development of the systems, with a focus on security, efficiency, and stability, and guarantee stable operations as well as correct and efficient licensing within lifecycle management.
• You manage and monitor external service providers and ensure a high level of service quality.
• You conduct market analyses for the selection and evaluation of hardware and software products.
• You design and implement concepts for server and application operations in compliance with defined security policies.
• You plan, coordinate, and support IT projects and business sub-projects from realization through testing to rollout.
• You advise business departments on projects, changes, and adjustments to IT services, systems, and applications.
• You analyze and evaluate functional, technical, and business requirements and ensure their secure integration.
• You identify potential for process optimization, automation, and interface improvements and implement them sustainably.

• You have relevant professional experience in operating complex, heterogeneous server infrastructures and application servers based on Microsoft Windows Server.
• You bring very strong knowledge of Microsoft server technologies (e.g. Windows Server, Hyper-V, File Services).
• You have in-depth experience in the administration and hardening of Windows Server systems.
• You are confident in using Windows PowerShell and apply automation purposefully in operations.
• You have basic knowledge of regulatory security requirements, such as ISO standards, BSI, or compliance regulations.
• You have experience in the analysis and resolution of security-related incidents.
• You work confidently with external service providers and manage them effectively.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and independent working style.
• Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team set you apart.
• Your very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
